Frequently Asked Questions
Expert advice for your next mountain adventure.
How do I choose the correct ski length for my height?
As a general rule, freeride skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers or those looking for more stability at high speeds should opt for longer skis, while beginners often prefer shorter skis for easier turning.
Do you offer professional binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer free binding mounting with any ski and binding purchase. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your boot sole length (in mm), weight, and skier ability level to ensure a safe and accurate setup.
What is your return policy for high-performance equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-mounted with bindings are not eligible for return unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for oversized ski gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. All skis are shipped in reinforced, double-walled boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do your skis come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all our skis and bindings are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years. This covers structural defects but does not include damage from rocks, rails, or normal wear and tear.
What is the difference between Freeride and Course skis?
Freeride skis are designed for off-piste terrain and powder, featuring wider waists and rockered tips. Course skis (or carving skis) are narrower and stiffer, designed for maximum edge grip and speed on groomed trails.
