At Freeride & Course Skis, we want you to carve with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the skis or accessories you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer box, ensuring the tips and tails are protected, and include your printed RMA form inside the package.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new, unmounted condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
